Trip 7 Sunday 5th October    DAY TRIP to Brean Sands

This weekend the weather really has been amazing, it would have been such a shame not to have gone somewhere.  So we decided to head to one of our nearest beaches Brean Sands in Somerset.  I had been here many times as a child and remembered the miles of sands and playing on the sand dunes.  A school friend had moved near here too and I have fond memories of staying on their farm at Lympsham and exercising their greyhounds on the sands!

It was fab to be able to park right on the beach with nothing impeding the view.  Ate a great lunch, with a great view and then walked for miles down the beach.
